I loved the snow machine at the Snellville tree lighting. That was a great idea, whomever thought of it. Boy the kids sure enjoyed that!

I just posted videos on SnellvilleToday.com to the Snellville City Council meeting in which our new mayor and council were sworn in, and the one in which Mayor Kautz appointed Mike Sabbagh as mayor pro tem.

Dave Emanuel, Diane Krause or Bobby Howard may be new on the council, but not new to what is happening in Snellville. Diane Krause and Dave Emanuel have both served on the Snellville Planning Commission. I am really excited for Snellville's future -- hopeful that residents will be wise enough to put Snellville in the highly capable and trustworthy hands of Barbara Bender, who has the endorsement of a current council member and the 3 council members elect. With the majority of council members endorsing Barbara Bender, they deserve to have someone to work with in the position of mayor that they respect. Hands down, that would be Barbara Bender.

Definitely backing Barbara Bender for mayor. If you have noticed the positive vibe Snellville has had in the last year, then you will want to vote for Barbara as well. Early voting begins October 24th at city hall, so you won't have to wait until Nov 8 and wait in lines.
