Jon, you're right. There should be a way for readers to cross-post events. Patch is still growing. I will pass this suggestion on up to the people who design the sites.
And the more Patches the merrier! By having more media outlets in your town or city, it creates a better system of checks and balances and helps keep everyone better informed.
