ReplyThis is a great experiment. The eggs in the red cabbage dye are turning blue. The eggs in the beet dye absorbed the vibrant color very quickly. We also tried yellow onion skins but had little success. Same with yellow peppers. Tried garam masala spice, it created a decent color but there was a spotty effect on the eggs. All in all, a very cool thing to try.
