Raven's history of professional writing and photography goes back to her days as a staff writer for her hometown paper when she was a college student. 

Nowadays, she spends most of her time wrangling her two children, snuggling with her two poodles, functioning as a photographer-for-hire and trying to help her husband find things.

In her free time she likes to bake and read. She does both of those things voraciously.

Raven writes the weekly Moms Talk column for several Metro-area Patches and contribues a bi-monthly Viewfinder for the Snellville Patch.
