'Doors to Homes and Hope' Exhibit Comes to Snellville

The county-wide exhibit featuring painted doors aims to bring awareness to affordable housing in Gwinnett.

The Snellville Arts Commission brought the "Doors to Homes and Hope" exhibit to the city last week in support of Gwinnett Habitat for Humanity, Gwinnett ReStore and ArtWorks! Gwinnett.

The painted doors, which can be seen on the lawn at Snellville City Hall, aims to bring awareness of the need for decent affordable housing and the arts in the county.

Snellville joins the host city Norcross and partner cities Suwanee and Duluth to display the doors crafted by 140 local artists. For county-wide exhibit details and to view the Doors of Art online, visit www.gwinnettrestore.org

Doors of Art are available for purchase through auction. Text the door number to 770-809-1040 to place your bid. Proceeds support the Gwinnett Habitat mission and the arts in the community.
